How to I submit an entry?

In order to submit any entries, entrants have to create an account. Once the account is created, entrants can upload as many entries they like, and make edits and updates to them as they go along. Once all entries are finalized, make sure to finish the submission by processing payment.

How does a category get cancelled or merged?

Categories are cancelled or merged when not enough entries are received. Entrants will be notified by the Signature Awards Commitee and have the option to move their entry to another eligible category or revoke their entry.

How will I know if my work has been nominated as a Finalist?

Once the judges have made their choice, Finalists will be notified in April, 2017.

When will the winning entries be revealed?

Winners will be honoured at a celebratory evening at the RBC Convention Centre on Thursday May 18, 2017.

Who judges the entries?

An international panel of industry professionals is selected by the AAW Signature Awards Committee. This expert panel of judges review all entries anonymously. Finalists and judges will be revealed in April, 2017 once they have made their selections.
